Experts for Advisory Projects


About the Role

Our advisory services division has seen substantial growth and we are now looking for consultants to join us to work with financial institutions not related to the AccessBank network. Projects focus on capacity and institution building at client institutions worldwide, both banks and non-banks.  We are now seeking experts with suitable profiles and professional experience in the sector to be available to participate in these projects and this exciting growth of our services.

Minimum Requirements

  • Masters degree in economics, business administration or a finance-related subject
  • Evidence of experience in working as an expatriate advisor in a financial institution
  • Evidence of managing, developing and training teams in a developing or transition country
  • Evidence of developing and implementing credit products and lending procedures for MSME operations
  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Turkish, Russian, Portuguese
  • Willingness to travel and relocate internationally

Additional Assets

  • Management experience in an MFI or bank with MSME Operations
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relations with shareholders, creditors and authorities
  • Experience in related fields such as risk management, deposit taking, and payment services
