Service Delivery Coordinator


About the Role

One of our central business areas is the development of a growing bank alliance supported by our own software system. In an environment of rapid growth, we require a Service Delivery Coordinator to support this work from inception, through to realization and support for integrated financial systems platforms.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Definition and coordination of the service delivery procedures in the area of software development
  • Acceptance of demands with regards to the banking software in an international environment
  • Clarification of conditions and priorities with the network banks
  • Initiation of the software programming and maintenance together with the software developers (in-house / third party)
  • Communication of the development progress to the users
  • Monitoring of the realization of deliverables
  • Ongoing optimization of the demand and incident management
  • Support to the network banks in the introduction and operation of the software

Skills/Qualifications/Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent
  • Extensive communication skills with a pleasant appearance
  • Willingness to associate with different nationalities
  • Sound experience in coordination and tracking of incidents and change requests
  • Knowledge of procedures in professional software development
  • Self-dependant and solution-oriented working method
  • Very good command of English in writing and speaking
  • Knowledge of further languages (Russian, French, Spanish) desirable
  • Experience of working in a banking environment is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel and work in transition and developing countries for a few weeks at a time
