Service Delivery Coordinator
About the Role
One of our central business areas is the development of a growing bank alliance supported by our own software system. In an environment of rapid growth, we require a Service Delivery Coordinator to support this work from inception, through to realization and support for integrated financial systems platforms.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Definition and coordination of the service delivery procedures in the area of software development
- Acceptance of demands with regards to the banking software in an international environment
- Clarification of conditions and priorities with the network banks
- Initiation of the software programming and maintenance together with the software developers (in-house / third party)
- Communication of the development progress to the users
- Monitoring of the realization of deliverables
- Ongoing optimization of the demand and incident management
- Support to the network banks in the introduction and operation of the software
Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent
- Extensive communication skills with a pleasant appearance
- Willingness to associate with different nationalities
- Sound experience in coordination and tracking of incidents and change requests
- Knowledge of procedures in professional software development
- Self-dependant and solution-oriented working method
- Very good command of English in writing and speaking
- Knowledge of further languages (Russian, French, Spanish) desirable
- Experience of working in a banking environment is an advantage
- Willingness to travel and work in transition and developing countries for a few weeks at a time
